Quinoa (Zojirushi)


Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa , rinsed
  • 1–1/2 cups + 2 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp low sodium vegetable stock concentrate

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in the pot of the Zojirushi rice cooker, stirring to dissolve the stock. Cook on quick setting, 39 minutes.
